A practical checklist for reading the first Walnut Creek floor plans: measurements, stairs, light, storage and parking.
Walnut Creek floor plans have not been released. When they are, this checklist helps you move past the marketing drawing and evaluate how a home actually works for daily life.
Townhomes stack living space vertically. Trace a normal day on the plan: carrying groceries from parking to the kitchen, laundry from bedrooms to the laundry location, and a child or guest from the entry to a washroom. Count the flights involved.
Identify which walls have windows and which are shared. Ask the orientation of the specific lot, since the same plan can feel very different facing different directions.
| Check | What to look for |
|---|---|
| Closets | Count and size per bedroom and at entry |
| Bulk storage | Unfinished or utility space |
| Garage | Interior size and whether it fits your vehicle |
| Additional parking | Driveway or other spaces, if any |
| Outdoor storage | Bins, bikes and seasonal items |
Published Walnut Creek information does not establish sound insulation, bedroom positions relative to neighbouring garages, or parking spaces per home. Do not assume either townhome type is quieter or has more parking.
| Question | Document to check |
|---|---|
| Which walls adjoin another home, garage or lane? | Lot-specific floor plan and elevation |
| What acoustic construction is specified? | Features and finishes; ask for written clarification |
| How many spaces are assigned, and will your vehicle fit? | Garage dimensions, site plan and purchase schedules |
| Where may visitors or a second car park? | Parking rules and ownership documents |
| What is the route from parking to the kitchen? | Trace entrances, stairs and internal doors on the plan |
No. As of October 10, 2026 no plans, sizes or bedroom counts have been published.
Registering lets an advisor send plans when the builder releases them. Online requests are currently disabled; call 289-400-0110 or use WhatsApp to ask about release information.
Daily movement between floors — count the stairs between parking, kitchen, bedrooms and laundry.
Neither is established by published Walnut Creek information. Verify acoustic specifications and the parking allocation for the actual home in writing.
